01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the ah999 platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or accepting any promotional offer, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are 21 years of age or older;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on any regulated gaming platform;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental rules published on ah999.one.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. ah999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 of this document. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

Registration and real-money play on ah999 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ah999 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and may result in criminal liability under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. Players accessing from Prohibited Territories are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability that would affect your capacity to contract.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on ah999 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account on ah999. Accounts are non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions is a material breach of these terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any such information changes. ah999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

04 Account Obligations

As a registered Player, you are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Use a strong, unique password not reused from other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number;
• Notify ah999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Ensure that no minors have access to your device while logged in to ah999;
• Not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets or conduct transactions.

ah999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified ah999 in writing prior to such activity.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to ah999 must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum for GCash and PayMaya is ₱100. Bank transfer minimums are ₱500. Cryptocurrency minimums are published on the deposit page and subject to change without notice.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.
• ah999 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds on ah999 are denominated and processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. ah999 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.
• ah999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or where the deposit would violate applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. ah999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. ah999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• If active bonus credits carry a wagering requirement, the wagerable rollover amount must be met before the portion of the balance attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus are freely withdrawable subject to KYC compliance.
• Processing timeframes are indicative: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals process within 5–20 minutes; bank transfers within 1–6 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–90 minutes. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• ah999 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, regardless of amount, where it has reason to suspect fraud, identity mismatch, or breach of these terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ah999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published at the point of each offer:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• ah999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines that the offer is being abused or where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Maximum bet amounts while bonus wagering may apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer. Live casino games and sports bets may have lower contribution rates than slot games.
• Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in individual offer terms.

08 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on ah999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Technical issues arising on the Player's side — including connectivity loss, device malfunction, or browser errors — do not entitle the Player to cancel confirmed bets.
• ah999 reserves the right to void bets where a clear technical error in the game or odds has occurred, where a game result cannot be verified, or where bets have been placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement.
• For sports betting, ah999 follows standard industry rules for settlement. Rules specific to each sport and market type are published in the sportsbook rules section. ah999 reserves the right to settle bets under the applicable market rules in the event of a dispute.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply across all game types and are published in the relevant game or market interface. ah999 reserves the right to apply lower limits to individual Players where risk management considerations require it.
• ah999 games use independently certified random number generators (RNG). The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG at the time of play and cannot be influenced by the Player, ah999, or any third party.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ah999 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format;
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Attempting to manipulate odds, outcomes, or settlement of any bet through illegal means, including match-fixing;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP masking software to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Creating a negative expected value (NEV) strategy systematically designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner contrary to their promotional intent.

10 Responsible Gaming

ah999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm to its Players. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms & Conditions:

• Age Restriction: The minimum age for all ah999 Players is 21 years. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement under Philippine law. ah999 will suspend and permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings panel. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on gaming session duration. Reminders are displayed when session limits are approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, or 12-month) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests received via live chat or email are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and money wagered during sessions are available and can be configured in Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a short break may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days without triggering formal self-exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on ah999.one — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, logos, photographs, game assets, software, and trademarks — is the property of ah999 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ah999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, transmit, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any content on the platform. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah999 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions outside ah999's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, tips, predictions, or strategies obtained from third parties;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ah999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." ah999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

13 Termination

ah999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• ah999 is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order;
• A Player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• ah999 reasonably suspects that an Account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• A Player's Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, ah999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits, promotional winnings, and pending bets. Real-money balances that are confirmed as legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture shall be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 business days following completion of any applicable investigation or compliance review.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ah999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Gaming Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to ah999's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

ah999 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavor to resolve all disputes within 20 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review, or to the proper courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ah999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on ah999.one with the effective date clearly stated. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated terms.

If a Player does not accept the amended Terms & Conditions, they must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Requests for voluntary closure submitted during the notice period will be processed in the normal course, and any balance will be returned per Section 13.
